People say that human does not change.
The only way a person can change is meditating.
Every day you should see your mind in a quiet area.
Then, your mind and body are changing slowly.
People talk a lot of words of regret in life.
People do something of regret in life.
People hate someone.
People hurt someone.
Meditation is the only way that a Hating mind moves to a merciful mind.
A man full of compassion in the hearts looks brighter.
A man full of compassion in the heart is happy.
